General
By visiting Tukkebaz Rasoi or placing an order through any of our channels (in-person, WhatsApp, Instagram), you agree to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem appropriate.
Food & Allergens
While we take all reasonable care, our kitchen handles a range of ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, and spices. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Reservations
Reservations can be made via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. A reservation is confirmed only upon our explicit acknowledgment. We recommend booking in advance for weekends and holidays.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice due to seasonal availability of ingredients.
Conduct
We maintain a warm, respectful environment for all guests. Any form of disrespectful or abusive behaviour toward our staff or other guests may result in being asked to leave the premises.

Dine-In Orders
If you are unsatisfied with your food, please bring it to our attention immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue by replacing the dish or offering a suitable alternative. Refunds for dine-in orders are at the discretion of the café management.
Takeaway & Pre-Orders
Once a takeaway order has been prepared, we are unable to offer refunds unless the food is found to be unfit for consumption. In such cases, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 2 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the reservation may not be refundable if special preparation has been undertaken.
