Account & Data Deletion

For the Tukkebaz Rasoi mobile app (package com.tukkebaz.rasoi) · Developer: Tukkebaz Rasoi

You can delete your Tukkebaz Rasoi account and associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open the Tukkebaz Rasoi app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email support@tukkebazrasoi.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, phone, saved delivery address).
Your login sessions.
Your bookings, delivery orders and reviews tied to the account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited transaction records (e.g. payment and invoice data) where required by law for tax and accounting purposes. These are kept no longer than legally required and are not used to identify you for any other purpose.
