App Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Tukkebaz Rasoi mobile app collects, how it is used, and your choices. It applies to the Android app. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and phone number when you sign up with email/password, Google, or phone.
- Delivery location — the delivery address and map coordinates you set (via GPS or by dropping a pin on the map) so we can check whether you are within our delivery area and deliver your order.
- Orders & bookings — items you order and stays/experiences you book, with amounts.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status only; we do not store your full card or UPI details.
- Device push token — used to send order and booking notifications.
How we use your information
- Create and secure your account, and verify your email or phone number.
- Take food and grocery orders, hotel and experience bookings, and process payments.
- Determine whether your location is within our delivery area and route deliveries.
- Send order, booking and account notifications.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers we share data with
We share only the data needed for these services to function:
- Google Firebase — sign-in and authentication.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Brevo — sending verification and password-reset emails.
- Cloudinary — image hosting.
- Expo / Google — push notifications.
- OpenStreetMap / OSRM — maps and routing (coordinates only).
Data retention & deletion
You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete account.

Account & Data Deletion page. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax and accounting).
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and passwords are stored hashed.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
